Choosing Change Wellness Planners

The Choosing Change Planner is a thoughtfully designed, therapist-informed planner built to support your growth across mind, body, soul, and purpose. Whether you’re navigating a busy schedule, life transitions, building healthier routines, or simply seeking deeper balance, this 12-month planner provides structure, reflection, and guidance without locking you into rigid dates.

-Undated Annual + Weekly Layouts 

-12 monthly spreads (January–December), undated so you can begin at any time of year 

-Weekly views (52 weeks) with undated weekly layouts—easily adapt if you miss weeks 

-Flexible design so that unused pages don’t feel “wasted”

-Quarterly Check-In Prompts: At the end of each 3-month period, guided reflection prompts across six life domains:
